01Términos Generales del Servicio

Servicios Prestados. Luis El De Los Carros se especializa en la reparación y personalización de carrocerías, incluyendo, entre otros, eliminación de abolladuras, reparación de colisiones, trabajos de pintura y rotulado de vehículos (wrapping). Nuestros servicios se limitan a los componentes estéticos y estructurales de su vehículo.

02Responsabilidad por Daños Existentes

Daños Previos. Luis El De Los Carros no se hace responsable de ningún daño preexistente en su vehículo antes de nuestro manejo. Realizamos una inspección preliminar y documentamos todos los daños existentes antes de comenzar cualquier trabajo. Es responsabilidad del propietario del vehículo reconocer estas condiciones preexistentes al momento de dejarlo.

03Problemas de Rendimiento

Servicios No Mecánicos. Nuestros servicios se enfocan exclusivamente en trabajos de carrocería. Luis El De Los Carros no se hace responsable de ningún problema mecánico o de rendimiento que pueda ocurrir antes, durante o después de la prestación de nuestros servicios. Cualquier problema de rendimiento no relacionado con la integridad estructural o la condición estética del vehículo queda fuera del alcance de nuestra responsabilidad.

04Finalización, Retiro y Almacenamiento

Retiro del Vehículo. Al finalizar los servicios, se notificará a los clientes, quienes deberán coordinar el retiro de su vehículo dentro de un (1) día hábil (período de gracia). Los vehículos que permanezcan más allá de este plazo estarán sujetos a una tarifa de almacenamiento diaria de $15.00 USD por día en concepto de estacionamiento y resguardo, a menos que se hayan hecho arreglos previos.

05Pago y Derecho de Retención

Tarifas y Pago. El pago de los servicios debe realizarse en su totalidad al finalizar el trabajo y antes del retiro del vehículo. Aceptamos pagos en efectivo, tarjeta de crédito o débito. Se proporcionarán facturas detalladas describiendo los servicios realizados y los costos asociados. De conformidad con la legislación aplicable, Luis El De Los Carros se reserva el derecho de retención, quedando legalmente autorizado a retener el vehículo y negar su entrega hasta que se liquiden en su totalidad todos los saldos pendientes (servicios, reparaciones y/o tarifas de almacenamiento acumuladas).

06Autorización para Grabación y Redes Sociales

Autorización de Medios. El cliente otorga total autorización a Luis El De Los Carros para tomar fotografías, videos y grabaciones de audio del vehículo durante su estadía. Este material podrá ser utilizado libremente para la creación de contenido, promoción, vlogs y marketing en todas nuestras cuentas de redes sociales y plataformas digitales.

07Garantía y Reclamaciones

Garantía. Luis El De Los Carros ofrece una garantía que cubre la mano de obra y los materiales utilizados en nuestras reparaciones por un período especificado desde la fecha del servicio, según se detalla en el acuerdo de servicio. Esta garantía es intransferible y cubre únicamente el trabajo real realizado.

Reclamaciones. Cualquier reclamación por inconformidad con el servicio prestado debe realizarse dentro de los 30 días posteriores al retiro del vehículo. Pasado este período, Luis El De Los Carros no asume ninguna responsabilidad adicional por problemas relacionados con el trabajo realizado.

08Modificaciones a los Términos

Cambios en los Términos. Luis El De Los Carros se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones en cualquier momento. Se notificará a los clientes sobre cualquier cambio significativo antes de que entre en vigor. El uso continuo de nuestros servicios después de dichos cambios indica su aceptación de los nuevos términos.

01General Service Terms

Services Provided. Luis El De Los Carros specializes in auto body repair and customization, including but not limited to dent removal, collision repair, paint jobs, and car wrapping. Our services are limited to the aesthetic and structural components of your vehicle.

02Liability for Existing Damage

Prior Damages. Luis El De Los Carros is not responsible for any damages that preexist on your vehicle prior to our handling. We conduct a preliminary inspection and document all existing damages before commencing any work. It is the vehicle owner's responsibility to acknowledge these preexisting conditions upon drop-off.

03Performance Issues

Non-Mechanical Services. Our services focus exclusively on auto body work. Luis El De Los Carros is not responsible for any mechanical or performance-related issues that may occur before, during, or after our services are rendered. Any performance issues unrelated to the structural integrity or aesthetic condition of the vehicle fall outside the scope of our responsibility.

04Completion, Pickup & Storage Fees

Collection of Vehicle. Upon completion of services, clients will be notified and must arrange for pickup of their vehicle within one (1) business day (grace period). Vehicles left beyond this timeframe will be subject to a daily storage fee of $15.00 USD per day for parking and storage, unless prior arrangements have been made.

05Payment & Right of Retention (Lien)

Fees and Payment. Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the work and prior to vehicle pickup. We accept payments via cash, credit, or debit card. Detailed invoices will be provided outlining the services performed and associated costs. In accordance with applicable law, Luis El De Los Carros reserves the right of retention (mechanic's lien) and is legally authorized to withhold the vehicle and refuse its release until all outstanding balances (services, repairs, and/or accumulated storage fees) are paid in full.

06Social Media & Recording Authorization

Media Release. The customer grants full authorization to Luis El De Los Carros to take photos, videos, and audio recordings of the vehicle during its stay. This material may be used freely for content creation, promotion, vlogs, and marketing across all our social media accounts and digital platforms.

07Warranty and Claims

Warranty. Luis El De Los Carros offers a warranty covering the workmanship and materials used in our repairs for a specified period from the date of service, as detailed in the service agreement. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the actual work performed.

Claims. Any claims for dissatisfaction with the service provided must be made within 30 days of vehicle pickup. After this period, Luis El De Los Carros assumes no further responsibility for issues related to the work performed.

08Amendments to Terms

Changes to Terms. Luis El De Los Carros reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect. Continued use of our services following any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
